£6.00Chicken thighs marinated in garlic, chilli, ginger, thyme and tandoori spices. Slow roasted then pulled down. Fresh Balti sauce with onions tomatoes, chilli, ginger and a collection of spices, finished with fresh coriander.
This is an absolute banger this one, pulled chicken with a fresh balti, medium in kick…maximum in taste.
LORDS TIP
There is only one way to serve this pie and that is loaded fries with cheese and chipotle and a side of slaw. Its an explosion of colour and flavour.
