Pulled chicken balti

Chicken thighs marinated in garlic, chilli, ginger, thyme and tandoori spices. Slow roasted then pulled down. Fresh Balti sauce with onions tomatoes,  chilli, ginger and a collection of spices, finished with fresh coriander.

This is an absolute banger this one, pulled chicken with a fresh balti, medium in kick…maximum in taste.


There is only one way to serve this pie and that is loaded fries with cheese and chipotle and a side of slaw. Its an explosion of colour and flavour.

Cooking Instructions

Bang the pie in pre-heated oven on a baking tray.

175-185oC for 20-25 mins depending on your setup & style.


30-40 seconds in a microwave full power, then in pre-heated oven at 185oC for 10-15 minutes depending on setup & style.

Fully defrost in fridge then follow instructions from fresh. Always check pie is piping hot after it has been frozen.
